Indie Feature: Pahlish Total Eclipse of the Heart

Today's indie feature is from one of my favorite indie polish creators, Pahlish!!!
Pahlish creates really gorgeous glitter polishes that you really can't live without.
Today I am showing you one of my personal favorites,
Total Eclipse of the Heart
Beware because I'm really in love with this polish so there is a lot of pictures!
I chose to layer this polish over one of my favorite red jellies, New York Summer Red Hot Atomic Red.
I layered two coats of Pahlish TEotH over two coats of the NYS.
Squares, and bars, and hexagons OH MY!!!
As you can see, the glitter composition in this is phenomenal! So many different shapes, colors, and sizes of gorgeous glitter perfection!
The look really changes in the dark and in the light as shown above and below.
Now, you might want to get a napkin to wipe the drool off of your face after this macro shot.
Can you believe how much glitter there is?!! It's crazy!

You can purchase this polish on etsy through Pahlish's store.

Her nail polish retails for $8.50 and are available in full size 15mL bottles.

Mermaids Strike Again!!

Mermaids have inspired yet another mani for my nails!!

It was actually very hard to do both hands!! I am glad I took the time and had the patience because they really turned out nicely!!
I did a gradient for the pink, blue, and purple from dark to light. On the thumb I started with white and stamped with the Red Angel plate 111 using the three colors. On my accent nail, I did a gradient with pink, purple, and blue and then stamped with the RA-111 using white. The glitters I used are just loose holographic hex glitters.

Franken Feature: Windestine Egg Hunt

Windestine is an etsy shop that I found that creates unique and lovely nail polish frankens.
I had purchased a few from Windestine and among them was
Egghunt.
I thought Egghunt was a perfect nail polish that I could use for Easter, or generally for the month of April.
Egghunt is a gorgeous green jelly nail polish with holographic bar glitter, large, small, and mini turquoise hex glitter, as well as small pink hex glitter
The application was rather good. I used two coats to get this achieved look. I chose to apply it over China Glaze Four Leaf Clover to give it more of a greener look.

My experience with Windestine was wonderful! The shipping was super fast and arrived safely. I do not see Egghunt available in her shop currently, but she does have other great colors available! Spica is another great one that I got and I also notice a very unique one called Asbestos.

Windestine sells mini and full sized bottles. The full sized bottles are 15mL for $6.00 and the mini's are approx. 5mL for $4.00, shipping is $2.50 for the first item and $1.00 for every item thereafter.

butter LONDON Disco Biscuit Cloud Mani

I have been seeing cloud mani's every so often in the nail blogging world and decided to give it a go.

The base is butter LONDON Disco Biscuit, then a layer of Trout Pout, and finally Slapper.

Then, I decided to layer another coat of Disco Biscuit, and BOY DID IT TRANSFORM!!!

This whole collection is really a must have! Each color is gorgeous and unique and perfect for multiple mani's and for every season.

Butter London Disco Biscuit

I had been eyeing Disco Biscuit for a while at my local ULTA, then one day I bit the bullet and bought it. Let me tell you, I am so glad I did!!!

Disco Biscuit is a beautiful fuchsia and hot pink jelly polish with blue and purple shimmer throughout it.

While you can achieve semi-full coverage with this color, I think it was meant to be a layering polish, like Knackered, with the other colors in the collection.

Overall, this is a gorgeous jelly color to have and is totally unique in every way, shape, and form. It is definitely worth it to add to your collection.

Franken Feature: Pretty & Polished

Beach Bunny
Beach Bunny is another great polish created by Chelsea!! She is a genius when it comes to this stuff!
Beach Bunny is a pretty neon orange/pink jelly with multiple different colors and sized glitter.

The formula was relatively easy to work with and the glitter cooperated rather well.
I am loving the depth the polish gives with the different sized glitter.
The glitter sizes range from small to large white hex as well as medium sized holographic pink hex and bar glitter.
This is a perfect nail polish color for spring and summer, for your nails or your toes!

Pretty & Polished Beach Bunny can be purchased with its husband, Beach Bum in the Beachy Keen Duo. The duo retails for $15 plus shipping on her etsy shop.
