Comparison Post: Green Based Glitter

Today I have something a little different to show you. Many have fallen in love with the Color Club Holiday Splendor from the Beyond the Mistletoe collection. When I saw this one I immediately thought of China Glaze Atlantis, so I knew a comparison post was due.

I also have a discontinued Funky Fingers Blitzen, which is made by the same company as Color Club, that I will be comparing to these two. Feel free to click the pictures to enlarge them.

L to R: Color Club Holiday Splendor, China Glaze Atlantis, Funky Fingers Blitzen

Color Club Holiday Splendor

China Glaze Atlantis

Funky Fingers Blitzen

Conclusion: CC Holiday Splendor is a dupe for FF Blitzen.

China Glaze Atlantis is a lighter green/teal jelly base with only one size of round holographic glitter.
price- $3.50 to $8.00
exclusivity- available online or in beauty supply stores
bottle size- 14 mL

Color Club Holiday Splendor is a brighter jelly green base with multiple sizes of holographic glitter.
price- $3.00 individual or $8.00 for the Ross set
exclusivity- available online or in Ross
bottle size- 15 mL

Funky Fingers Blitzen is the same exact formula as CCHS. They are dupes which is not surprising, Blitzen was a Holiday 2010 release.

exclusivity- you can only find these online now
bottle size- 14 mL

  6. I would like to thank you again for this comparison post! I have Atlantis and the others are just too close in color, that I don't need to spend more money on them :)

  7. I have a feeling that the entire Color Club Beyond the Mistletoe Collection is actually older Funky Fingers polishes. Color Club Sugarplum Fairy = Funky Fingers Sand and Stilettos, Color Club Beyond the Mistletoe = Funky Fingers Baby Baby Baby, and Color Club Gingerbread = Funky Fingers Golden Coast. So...now that Holiday Splendor = Blitzen... I wonder if there are Funky Fingers equivalents for Candy Cane and Jingle Jangle.
